Domaine Hatzimichalis Red Multivarietal is a dry red wine produced from a blend of international varieties: 25%Cabernet Sauvignon, 25%Grenache Rouge, 25%Merlot and 25%Syrah (PGI Atalanti Valley).
Appearance: Deep crimson color with violet highlights.
Aromas: A charming aromatic composition of plum, sour cherry, liquorice and lavender, complemented by spicy notes of clove, cedar and vanilla.
Palate:Medium-to-full body, elegant and easy-to-drink, with gentle tannins and balanced acidity.
Vinification: Each variety is vinified separately using the classic red vinification technique. Maturation takes place at controlled temperatures in our underground cellars for 6 to 12 months (depending on the variety) in French oak barrels.
Aging Potential: Can be enjoyed for 3 to 5 years from the harvest date.
It pairs excellently with grilled red meats, oven-roasted pork, pastitsio, moussaka, giouvetsi, as well as a variety of cold cuts and cheeses. Best served at 15 - 18°C.
